Mixing valves are no longer required
Therefore, not only are mixing valves expensive to install, operate and maintain they also are a big part of the problem that ProEconomy is trying to solve. In effect they are creating the optimum environment for bacteria including Legionella to breed. It is no wonder then that mixing valves can become, if not maintained properly, breeding grounds for Legionella bacteria.
