With the Orca system copper and silver are the only elements required to control Legionella.

Unlike with chemicals, copper and silver do not decay or ‘gas off’ over distance and the necessary concentrations at the taps are maintained. Harmful by-products are also not produced.

Moreover, the Orca system attacks and destroys the underlying problems that cause Legionella contamination, such as biofilm. Chemicals merely hide the problem, so that the risk of Legionella is never properly terminated.

It is also not necessary to comply with COSHH regulations when handling, storing or transporting copper and silver.
